Dojo has been developed by adult learning and development experts, based on the way in which people learn to change their behavior.  Unlike traditional programs, Dojo doesn't rely solely on information as a change agent. Instead it weaves insights, reflection, interaction and practice into an approach most likely to result in growth.

• A Live Webinar facilitated by a leadership coach, which packs insights, interaction, and individual exercises into a focused 30-minute format.  Each webinar concludes with participants committing to practice a specific, customized habit for a designated period of time.
• A Micro-Course focused on the leadership skill designated for the month.  This brief resource allows leaders to work at their own pace to engage new ideas and translate them into active experiments in the way they lead.
•  A 30 Days of Practice Community connecting DOJO subscribers around a shared habit on which they report out, troubleshoot and encourage progress over the course of a month.
• Additionally, DOJO subscribers will receive 20% discounts on 1-on-1 coaching, cohort experiences, leadership practicums and special events.  

Communities harness the power of encouragement and accountability which are present when everyone is working on practicing a similar skill.  Multiple, facilitated challenge communities are available for on-going 30 day experiments via a message board platform.  Participants can challenge and support one another's growth through their interaction on the community feed.
